The Membership Advisory Council (MAC) is composed of no more than 15 WorldatWork members. Members should be from various regions around the world and are serving three year-terms. The MAC will be supported by WorldatWork staff, specifically the Vice President of Membership and the Manager of Member Engagement.
The Membership Advisory Council will be an integral part of WorldatWork. It is desirable that the terms of the MAC members shall be staggered as nearly as is practical so that all representatives are not serving concurrent terms, however the achievement of equally staggered terms is not mandatory.
The purpose of the Membership Advisory Council shall be to serve as an interface between the WorldatWork Members and the WorldatWork executive staff. In particular, the Membership Advisory Council will provide strategic input from the membership perspective to WorldatWork and feedback from WorldatWork to the membership.
The Membership Advisory Council will meet at least four (4) times each year. One of these meetings will take place in conjunction with WorldatWork Annual Rewards ’22 conference usually held in May. All meetings of the Membership Advisory Council will be facilitated by WorldatWork Membership staff.
Experience required: Enthusiasm about WorldatWork membership, practitioner in the field, and ability to network and a member of WorldatWork in good standing.
